OFF THE FLOOR METHOD

Privacy policy

Last updated 6 September 2026. This page explains what we collect when you visit or buy, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it.

1. Who we are

Off The Floor Method is sold by KA Digital LLC, under licence from LUNEXA COLLECTIVE, S.L. of Madrid, Spain. KA Digital LLC decides what happens to your data and is responsible for it. Registered address: 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach a person at [email protected].

Rosie Purr teaches the material. She does not receive your personal data from this site.

2. What we collect

What you type in

Your first name and your email address at the checkout. If you email us, whatever you write in that email. If you ask for a refund, the reason only if you choose to give one. We never ask you for a reason.

What your browser sends

Your IP address, your rough location from that address, your device and browser type, the pages you opened on this site, how long you stayed, and the link or advert that brought you here.

What comes back from the payment

The amount, the currency, the date, the country of the card, the last four digits, and whether the payment worked. That is all we get.

3. We never see your card

Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers or shown to us. Stripe is a payment processor certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Their own privacy notice covers what they do with that data.

4. Why we hold it

To take your payment and give you the login, because that is the contract you entered into when you bought. To answer your emails and handle refunds, for the same reason. To keep tax and accounting records, because the law requires it. To see which adverts and pages work, and to send you emails about the product, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business, and with your consent where the law asks for consent. You can withdraw consent at any time and it does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site sets cookies that are needed to run the checkout and keep you logged in. It also sets cookies and a Meta pixel that tell us which advert you came from and whether you bought, so we know what to keep running and what to switch off.

You can refuse the non-essential ones in the cookie banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The checkout still works if you do.

6. Who else sees your data

Only the companies that make the product work, and only the part each one needs. Stripe takes the payment. GoHighLevel runs the pages, the checkout and the emails. Kajabi hosts the lessons and your login. Meta receives the fact that a purchase happened, so the advert that brought you can be measured. Our accountant sees the sales records. If the business is ever sold, the buyer would receive customer records as part of it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not give your email address to anyone for their own marketing.

7. Where your data goes

Some of these companies are based in the United States, so your data leaves the country you are in. Where that happens we rely on the standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission, or on an approved adequacy framework, so the protection travels with the data.

8. How long we keep it

Your purchase and login stay while your access does, so you do not lose what you paid for. Sales and tax records are kept for as long as the tax law requires, which is normally several years. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe, and the record that you unsubscribed is kept so we do not email you again by mistake. Advert and analytics data is kept in the shortest window each platform allows.

9. What you can ask us to do

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can ask us to delete it, and we will unless the tax law makes us keep a sales record. You can tell us to stop using it for marketing, and that one takes effect straight away. You can ask for your data in a file you can take elsewhere. You can object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interest.

Email [email protected] and we answer inside 30 days. It is free. If you are not happy with the answer you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

10. Children

This product is for adults looking for work. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your data we change this page and move the date at the top. If the change is a big one and you are a customer, we email you about it rather than leaving you to find it.

12. Talk to a person

[email protected]. A person reads it, not a bot. KA Digital LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
